Basic Counseling Skills for Music Therapists
In this hour-long course, music therapists will learn basic counseling skills that they can easily integrate into their work with clients. In addition to learning these helpful skills, music therapists will identify when it is appropriate to utilize verbal interventions within their scope of practice, and how to ensure client safety when utilizing these counseling skills.
This course is approved for 1 CMTE credit.
